Payment

Sublet Clothing currently accepts payment through PayPal (click here for more info on using Paypal) for all purchases. PayPal accepts most major credit cards or transfers from PayPal accounts.

Privacy

Sublet Clothing guarantees your individual data will be used for purchase tracking only and will not be sold for any reason. Since payment is serviced by third party providers, Sublet Clothing never sees your personal credit card or bank information. Either Google Checkout or Paypal will track your transaction information and provide that information to Sublet. These third-party providers use high grade encryption and the https security protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method is the industry standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept the credit card information you provide to Google Checkout or Paypal through their online payment forms.

Delivery and Shipping

Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. In the case that an item is out of stock, you be notified you that a change has been made to your order, and will only be billed for goods that are delivered. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Sublet Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges and Refunds

Sublet Clothing hopes you will be satisfied with all the garments you receive. However, If you wish to return or exchange a product, for any reason, please contact subletclothing@gmail.com no later than 7 days upon receipt. Returned goods will only be accepted if unwashed and unworn with all tags attached, along with a copy of the original invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return, and whether you would prefer an exchange or reimbursement. If exchange is requested, but not available, you will receive a reimbursement. All credits to your account will take place within 7-10 business days. In case of returns, shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
